La unificación de los sujetos obligados a inscribirse en el registro único tributario (RUT) obligó a modificar el Decreto 1625/16, único reglamentario en materia Tributaria.
Se incluye una nueva categoría de obligados a registrarse, se trata de quienes deben cumplir con las obligaciones sustanciales y formales de las estructuras sin personería jurídica o similares, entonces se definen los documentos necesarios para formalizar la inscripción.
También se agrega el registro único de beneficiarios finales (RUB) a los registros que incorpora el RUT.
La norma contiene cambios en la obligación de inscripción en el RUT, y otros aspectos relacionados con el formulario oficial, la formalización de la inscripción, actualización o solicitud de cancelación, entre otros temas, que puede conocer en el documento adjunto.
